After one hour and a half waiting for them to pick us up at the airport, after three phone calls, after following all their instructions, we took a cab! All of that after 24 hours of flights! When I called them to try to figure out what happened, the guy said he could not understand me and that I should call him from another phone! I won?t use them again .
