I'll try to make this short... A company with incompetent workers, and that doesn't exclude the owner. The owner was socially awkward and tried to sell me a bike without a title. I ended up buying a bike from a private seller, shortly after which was wrecked. Assuming Motorrad was a competent mechanical shop, I brought them my bike as an insurance claim. they gave my bike a $5200 est labor + parts. I thought nothing of it. So I brought it home with the intentions of doing some repair my self. Having no mechanical background I discovered in the first half hour Motorrad neglected to notice the bent tail section (part of the subframe). Knowing this would be an expensive part/repair I had to resubmit a compensation claim to my insurance company and I took it to Chesterfield Valley Power Sports for a new estimate. They quoted $7964.00 worth of damage. Almost $3000 difference of missed parts. Plus Chesterfield Valley Power Sports charged $6 dollars less and hour for labor and didn't charge me $150 to give an estimate like Motorrad did. I will never do business with them ever again. I believe two chances are enough. Pros: Some of the workers were nice guys Cons: Incompetence more
