We called Mustang Appliance to come repair a washing machine. Frank showed up the very next day. Told us a part had to be special ordered and he could have it in a couple of days. We had to pay them a $90 service call and for the part up front. One week went by and we had not heard from Mustang Appliance. We called and they said they would be there that day. Never seen or heard from them. We kept calling them and hearing the same story. We told them we want our money back. We still have not received it. We have tried and tried to call them many times a day, they might answer after you try for about twenty times. Someone named Tyler always answers ands says you need to talk to Frank. But he will not give a phone number to reach Frank. Tyler said they are very busy and have a hard time coming back to finish the job. THEY SURE CAN BE ON THE JOB VERY QUICK IF THEY THINK THEY CAN SCAM YOU FOR A SPECIAL ORDER PART. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
