My experience at Zhen Reflections only leads me to believe it could have been so much better. The facility is very unique and very beautiful, but there is a reason that the two times I have had appointments there, there are almost no other patrons. It has been almost empty on both occasions, on a Saturday of all days! Its always a good sign to go to a business that is actually busy. I believe the reasons for this are: 1. The prices are way too high. The idea of great products and services might be a great idea, but lets face it. The spa is in Spring Park, MN, not New York or London or something. It was also built in a condo/loft building that has very few units sold and many more in foreclosure from what I have been told. 2. The owner has the worst customer service in the world. Her and I talked quite a bit and it was clear that she doesn't have any background in spas, management or customer service. She had a serious attitude problem and was too busy yelling at someone on the phone to care about my experience. Her employees seem to make a nice effort, but the two that I had for my services were very inexperienced and had a total lack of knowledge.
