We here at Dee & Hattie take our responsibility as a premiere Dallas drycleaner seriously. We like to take responsibility for our actions, both because it's good business and it keeps us responsive to our customers. However, we expect a lot from garment manufacturers as well. In this case, the black fabric sewn into the white jacket was not color-fast to process as indicated on the label (both handwashing and drycleaning were recommended). Be that as it may, we are remanufacturing this garment for our customer. The white has been made white again, and we are using color-fast black fabric. We believe that she will be happy with the finished result when we send it to her.
