WOW - I am amazed at all the folks out there that decide to write a review about a business that they have never entered. I never saw the episode of Split Ends that folks are talking about but is it really any different than a movie critic giving their own opinion of a particular movie? Unless you actually experience it for yourself - you can not participate in conversation! I have been to Twiggs on several occasions over the last couple of years. My first experience was very pleasant. Walking into a salon, being greeted, offered water or coffee while you wait then taken back by the stylist to their station to discuss what you wish to have done that day. Taken back then to the wash tables where you lay down (less pressure on your neck) and are comfortable as they begin to shampoo and massage your scalp. Once done, you are provided the opportunity for a chair massage and a hand dip. After, you head back to the cutting station where you sit and chat with your stylist as they begin your cut/color. Viewing the other clients in the salon and the interaction they have with each other and their stylists, those of you who chastise the salon truly have never been before. You need to actually experience it first-hand folks. If it was really as bad as this Split Ends shows says it is? Why are they always so busy and have such repeat business?
