i placed an eairly order and chose the design how i wanted it to be and everything, it was all wrote out on an order form. i even paid upfront with confidence. after practically the whole day went by without a phone call, i went to pick it up and it was totally something other than the discussion. I was very upset, not a happy satisfied customer.

Cons: bad customer service, did not listen to the customer, did not take good direction
