Recently (April 2008) I had to seek services of a funeral home. Mr. Kelley Fink was the most understanding individual one could come accross in that business. He did not try to take us for every penny, and even suggested the lower end merchandise. I will highly recommend his service. The secretary was not nice, but I didn't hold that against him, since secretaries are expendable.
Pros: beautiful funeral home, made mom look great, owner is excellent at what he does!
Cons: Staff could be better, need more restrooms, procession unorganized
