Just to say, I was very excited to eat at Gordon Ramsay. I had convinced my friend to come with me based on my experience a couple of years earlier in London. I had told her how wonderful it had been and worth every penny. Basically for me, food should be like a taste bud explosion every bite of the way. But the experience was far from what I had in London. The food was so ordinary. The ""amuse bouche"" was over-powered by a taste of bacon that dominated completely the foie gras or any other flavor for that matter.
