I had ordered some vacuum accessories about 18 months ago with great success. So I thought I'd order a part for my business food processor. I ordered the part on August 24 and from the start, the customer service failed. I didn't receive a confirmation email but because of my workload, I didn't follow immediately. When I did email asking about the order, I received a confirmation email.......on September 8! Cons: No customer service. Inability to communicate with customer. more
