I went in for a broken finger. They put a cast on it and i was to come back in three weeks. I missed my scheduled appointment (I did call to cancle) so i then called to reschedule, at that time i noticed my finger was pointing in the wrong direction towards my thumb. I told this to Kate the receptionist. Kate did not seem to care and told me to come in two weeks later! So i wait and go in two weeks later. Now they tell me my brake was worse then they thought. When I took my own cast off, my finger looked worse then when I first went there. They had not set it properly from the start. I would have to have the Dr. snap it back then put a kind of molding over the finger OR have surgery to put pins in it. I had a cast on for 5 weeks already. I went for the snapping and molding. So I go home in pain. I called my buddy Kate back to get a presciption. She tells me someone will call you back. I wait til the end of the day not wanting to bother them, and call back around 4:30. Still no luck, someone will call me back. Now around 5:30 AFTER the office is closed i call back and have to speak with the answering service. I'm still waiting on them to call back! Needless to say I am going to another Dr. I would not recommend them to anyone! Also I would recommend them to get rid of Kate!
