We tried to get them to finish work they started and they wouldn't even return our calls. It looks like they disappeared in the middle of the night with a bunch of unpaid bills. I hear they've setup shop under a different name in Agawam, MA (I think Affordable Duct Cleaning?) and are a part of Longo Carpet Cleaning. You would think a company like Longo would know better...
Pros: They're out of business and can do no more damage
Cons: They'll be back...
