My sister just purchased a dress that was in stock used for trying on at I Do Bridal this week. They were told when they purchased it that there was nothing wrong with the dress-it might just need a cleaning. When they took the dress out of the bag the next day they were shocked to find several significant rips in the bottom half of the skirt. When they called the store to see what could be done, instead of being offered an apology, solutions, or advice they were attacked and told that they must have ripped the dress themselves in an attempt to put one over on the store- like any bride would do that! I guess customer service ends the second that they have your money. I would definitely not recommend this store!
