Went to Zink for lunch on a Thursday with a co-worker. I've only been to the bar, and this was my first time eating at the restaurant. Food was good, but the service was horrible. Despite that the restaurant was nearly empty, the hostess want us to sit next to the kitchen. Additionally the waitress looked old and depressed. Nothing wrong with an aging waitress, but a charismatic personality is integral in the service industry. She also didn't looked at me once while presenting the specials. She just focused on my co-worker. For the first time in my life, I felt invisible. I wanted to complain to management, but didn't bother since my co-worker was nearby. I'll never go back to Zink. I could get good food in other restaurants, but with great service!
Pros: Food
Cons: Service, SERVICE and Worst Service!
