I called Teele Sq Auto and spoke to Eli and told him I needed a distributor for my honda that was not running. He said he would send a tow company that he had always used. Shortly after the tow truck pulled up and they left with my car. I called Eli back later that day to see how much it would cost and he quoted me and said it would be ready later that day. I went to pick up my car just after dark, and it was parked on the side. Upon paying the price I was quoted was much less then what they were trying to charge me. I paid it and was going to dispute the charge later so I could leave. When I went to my car I noticed it had been in an accident. I went to the attendant very upset, and he called Eli who came. I called the police and they also came. Eli told me that the car was like that when it arrived and he knew of no damages. I was furious and wouldnt let up. Eli then contacted the tow truck driver who also came. He explained that he backed up and had an accident w/ the wall with my car and Eli was present. Eli then changed his story and I exchanged insurance papers w/ the tow truck company. I received a check from the insurance company and a notice that my car was a complete loss. They only paid me 300 for my car stating it was a 1990 and had faded paint and a few blemishes. So now I am unable to sell my car w. a salvage title. Eli also offered no apology. I would not recommend and I am filing a complaint w/ the better business bereau.
