I've had a small tattoo and some piercings for a while. I was on the hunt to get some more work done but didn't know anyone in the area so I did some 'shopping' and asking for recommendations. No Regrets kept coming up, so I decided to give them a shot.
Pros: Approachable, knowledgable, incredibly creative staff and best prices in town
