Yes I visited this salon that i was suggested to go to from a good friend, and although they took my on time and has a clean salon, I had a bad experience. I wanted the stylist to re-do my layers and re-cut my bangs, and to just blowdry it straight down with no volume. She took about 15 minutes to wash my hair then about 10 to actually cut it. My hair is very long and i had a lot of layers to it and she cut my bangs from THE MIDDLE of my head!which any experienced stylist knows that bangs start from where a comb comes of your head. Not to mention that the layers where all uneven and aweful and then she proceeded to put volumizing mousse in my hair and gave it a TON of volume! exactly what I told her NOT to do. You, as a client have every right to demand your money back is you are truly unsatisfied, and I called the next day to complain. For 3 months I was told that the manager was not there when i called and that she would call me when she got in.I never got my phone call returned or money back and had to go somewhere else and pay again to get it fixed. SO all in all, I will never go back and do not recommend it to anyone.
