When they took our cat into the back to take blod and we heard her yowling--then limp across the waiting room from whatever they had done to her we never came back--and wondered why we'd gone there for so long when we found the care so uneven.
Pros: service was not always bad but very uneven
Cons: rough handling of our pet, lots of staff turnover
