We placed a $16,000.00 past due account with Bush&Kennedy and they did a great job getting paid. Our customer paid them within 2 weeks. However, Bush&Kennedy NEVER paid us one red cent! I spent months calling and calling only to have my calls avoided and they would lie to us. They would tell us the check was being fedex overnight. They even gave us a tracking number, but there was never any activity and we never got the money. We have had to hire a lawyer who won a judgement against them, but because they are in a different state from us it is proving difficult to even get paid now. They are still conducting business as usual, but we still haven't been paid.
