I have been there twice so far. The first time my order took a very long time, but because it was fairly busy I figured I'd try it again. The second time i went i ordered two hot sandwiches. After noticing that all the tables around me had been served and it was 20 minutes after I placed my order, I asked where my food was. i was told in a rude tone to sit down and wait. 15 minutes later I asked again if my order would be done soon. There was no one waiting in line and i noticed the employees were just talking. I was again rudely told to sit down. 5 minutes later someone brought my food over cold. I was told it had been marked as a pick up and had been sitting next to the register. We were told "oops sorry". This is not acceptable service. I will not return. If you are expecting a hot meal in a timely manner this is not the restaurant to go to. Try campanellas or mikes pizza, they are friendly and the pizza is better there.
Pros: food is ok, but not great
