I've used The Harper Group in my hiring as well as, recently, for my own job search. They were excellent from both perspectives. Jean and Jill are amazing, courteous professionals who have an excellent grasp of the employer/employee match. During my job search they never tried to push me into a job that wasn't the right fit, only sent me on interviews that were good possibilities. Jill provides sound, compassionate advice when needed and seems to work around the clock! I would absolutely recommend them (and I do!) to anyone looking to hire candidates or apply for a job themselves.
Pros: Professional, Courteous, Very hard working and compassionate
Cons: As a smaller firm they might not have the same job pool--but what they had were great opportunities.
