About a year ago, I witnessed a one-car accident on the expressway. The driver was a young woman - shook up but not badly injured. Cars whizzed by, but a worker in a Pioneer Waterproofing truck stopped to help. (I stopped, too.) He took time out of his day to make sure she was all right and we stayed with her until the police arrived. If a worker cares that much about a stranger, he must care about the quality of the work he does. I was impressed with his kindness.
