I was blown away to see any negative reviews about this clinic, and especially about Dr. Ziegler and her staff. I'm tempted to think it's the competition trying to deter their clients from switching! \r

I have 4 cats and two of them have had health issues in the last year. Dr. Ziegler has changed my mind about veterinary medicine. I used to see it as an expensive nuisance to be avoided but now I have no problem going to the vet because the care is outstanding. My cat Calyx had thyroid surgery last year and Dr. Ziegler called me often with thorough updates, answering my questions before I even had to ask them. I was able to visit my cat in the back room after her surgery and was amazed at how clean and welcoming it was even in this seldom seen area of their clinic. The staff there is equally wonderful. The women at the front desk don't just schedule apptmts, they can answer almost any health/cat question thrown at them and are so very kind and generous with their knowledge and
