I have had a good experience with Keith Thomas, my car insurance rep. There was a time I was experiencing difficulty renting a car & proving my coverage while out of state.Stranded at the car rental place at the airport, a call was place to Keith & he was able to talk to the associate & I was able to rent the car with no further problems. I truly appreciated the fact that Keith made himself available by phone & helped resolve the problem.
