The guys are Cardinal really know bicycles. I am a senior triathlete and ride competitively. They treat you with respect, always a wealth of information and advise you without over selling. "Other" bike shops in Roanoke are very superior acting in attitude, not customer friendly at all unless you are part of their elite group.
