Ordered from Sugar Shack last night. Spent $30 for some 4 cupcakes and milk. An hour later, our order arrived and the delivery person forgot the milk. I called the store. The woman that answered told me she would send him back out with the milk. He never came back. Really poor service. Someone calls and tells you the order was wrong and you don't even write it down to remind yourself to fix it? Who do they have running that place? This is now the second time they have screwed up orders for us. One time, we ordered a dozen gourmet cupcakes (and they are pricey). 1 1/2 hours later, they arrived with different cupcakes from what we ordered because they didn't have the ones we wanted. But, they never bothered to let us know. Just sent different flavors (a couple of which were just gross). Not worth the cost of the cupcakes with this kind of service.
