Cole from the Garage Door Factory came out in a little over the promised hour, but proceeded to do a very professional (and fast!) job of replacing both springs. In less than an hour the door was operating normally. He didn't try and talk me into any additional work, and too the extra time to tighten all nuts on the door--which were loose, secured the button and door seal. So he didn't just replace the springs, he did several small things to make sure the door will continue to operate well. And the cost was exactly what was quoted over the phone. My compliments to the business in general, and Cole in particular. \r
The price was lower than some, but higher than others, but they performed as advertised, and were able to come out far sooner than some others. I would strongly recommend them for good performance and fair pricing.
