We have taken two different vehicles to Dan Jones Auto Specialist. The first one being a Ford Expedition and the second being a Lincoln LS. Both times they could not figure out what was wrong with them and we had to tow them to the dealership. I eventually gave up with them. When I called back and told them what was wrong with the vehicle they said "good luck". The dealership figured it out within one hour. The upside to him is he gives free estimates, but if he can't figure out what's wrong, then what's the point? We will never go back there.
