The only benefit of this facility is the exceptional physical therapy department. The nurse aids are low quality, lazy and only there for a paycheck. \r
There is NO WAY I would have my loved one in this institution or any other HCR manor care - I've seen many in central OH and it's all the same - nice furniture and fixtures in the lobby and scary staff and dirty facilities in the back. Want to impress families with the first impression when walking in - what they don't see in the back would scare them away in a heartbeat.
