Dec 2007/Jan 2008: Nice people, but very disorganized front office process and staff. Double dosed my dog on post operative meds. Staff always seems frazzled--can't locate files, you have to tell several people why you're there because they don't read files (once they find them) or review what's in the computer. Am changing vets!\r

Mar 2008: Visited again after follow up to dog's neutering due to concerns with suture healing--sat in exam room and waited to be helped for 30 mins. I got up and left. Thought I'd give them another chance after the first bad experience, but no dice!
