I seriously doubt the highly positive ratings on this site. The poor grammar make it sound like they are done by foreigners paid by this company to write positive reviews... or done by the company itself, since they always say repairs were done for great prices or less than competitors' prices rather than giving hard numbers which a reader might be able to use to gauge the true price of things at this store. \r

I brought in a computer to be fixed and it took over a week for a diagnosis. When the diagnosis finally came back there was no quote... it was said that they couldn't fix it there but my computer could be shipped to San Jose if I paid $39 shipping. San Jose labs would then tell me how much it would cost to fix. Did I really want to sink another $39 in addition to the diagnosis just to find out how much it would cost to fix my computer? Instead, I took it elsewhere where a computer repair shop in Hollywood diagnosed and fixed my computer in two days.\r

Beware of coming here. Even when I was in the store, there was an upset customer who was told his computer was ready but they didn't have all his components so he was asked to come back in a few days.
Cons: Takes a long time just for diagnosis... and unable to fix computer. Other place does it in two days.
