I was also surprised to see such bad reviews for Hudson Appliance. I have bought a dishwasher from them and they were completely professional from the customer service when I was looking to unwrapping the appliance in my drive way and carrying it into my home. I wonder if those other bad reviews were from competitors? Hudson is one of the best around and certainly better than any box store. I am in the process of buying the rest of my kitchen appliances from them (am waiting for the tax holiday) and they have given me the best prices around, even better the biggest appliance and electric shop based out of the Boston area (whose name I won't mention here). If I could give them 6 stars I would!
Pros: professional, best prices around, easy to work with
Cons: Not as many floor display items as I would have liked
