I am a frequent movie goer, especially in the summer where I watch one movie per week. I typically watch movies at this theater and occasionally at Loews Cinema in Boston Common as well as Regal 13 in Fenway. Showcase Cinemas Randolph by far has the most issues with operating the theater! Last night my wife and I watched The Mummy 3 and the light above our head never dimmed. I do hope something is done about this because it is quite a waste.
