I ordered prime rib and when it arrived it actually looked quite good but when I tried to cut it it was so tough I wasn't able to cut it with steak knife. Usually prime rib is very tender but I don't know how they managed to ruin it completely. After complaining I got the impression they really don't care (manager never bothered to come over). Also service could use some improvements.
