We hired Shellenbarger Engineering to do a land survey for our property in East Lansing, MI. The were very professional and specific in listing out what the job would entail and gave us a written ""not- to-exceed"" price quote. They did the work promptly in a very thorough manner. They were very accurate in their work and are willing to back up their findings in court if necessary. Even though it took substantially more field work than initially anticipated, they still only charged us the quoted price. They were very personable and explained the survey process as well as answered all of our questions. We most highly recommend Shellenbarger Engineering to anyone needing survey work done.
