...I did. I gave these guys three chances. All three times my order was either lost, done incorrectly, or several days late. I travel all over the country, and use dry cleaners weekly. I have never, ever, come across a more careless, lackadaisical, sloppy organization in my life. Avoid!
Pros: There are much better choices in Winston-Salem
Cons: Sloppy, careless, no customer service.
