Ward Brother carpet was overall a good company to do business with. They scheduled me right away. The courteous carpet guy showed up on time. They called ahead to tell me when they were coming. He was good about not dinging up my walls or my hardwood floors. He was very fast. Downside was that it didn't look much different from my Bissell machine when I clean my carpets myself. I only paid $36 which is a lot less then other companies charge so I feel like I did get my money's worth. I would not recommend if you want a real thorough cleaning to remove hard stains. This was my first time ever hiring someone to clean my carpet so I have nothing to compare it to.
