This is my first message on here. My daughter has profound cognitive and physical disabilities. We were referred to the center when she was three (She is now 7). I have become uber close with the staff at the center. I feel that they are like family. They truly care deeply about each child and their progress I am amazed each week at the committment and the creative ways that they learn to work with each child. They have the newest and best therapies for children with some of the most unique difficulties. I acknowledge that there are frustrating moments with the billing area that have trouble getting prior authorizations and I too have been bitten by the bill coming because authorizations were not obtained appropriately. I have been able to overlook the administrative issues because the staff are so supportive. Even better, I have connected with a ""second family"" of other parents and we constantly check-in with one another and support each other if one of us lands in the hospital. It's a very supportive environment for any family with a child with special needs. You will meet and make friends for life. Honestly!
Pros: Staff and connections with other families
Cons: prior authorizations and billings are challenges
