Several of its practices--including knowingly reserving a vehicle that the manager admits is NEVER available at any time--raise serious ethical issues. I am also upset with the company's lack of disclosure on pricing. The small pick-up that I reserved (and was promised would be available) was advertised at $19.95/day.
