When I purchased my PC I was assured by the owner (Michael Crynes) that my satisfaction would be guaranteed. After about 1 week, my new PC would no longer boot. I brought is back to Computer Re-Store.
Pros: NOTHING!!!
Cons: Unsatisfactory customer service, failure to provide timely assistance. failure to address customer dissatisfaction, inappropriate behavior exhibited by company staff
