We called Contra Costa Climate Control for service and they came out that day. Rick identified the problem and engineered a great redesign to fix some conditions that existed (we had a wooden plenum that leaked like a sieve). Now the system cools like a dream! From soup to nuts, they were awesome. Prompt, polite, professional. Other HVAC contractors are quick to point out a flaw in other companies and have their own hidden flaw, but Jim and Rick really care about the reputation of this company. They?re good quality people!
