I think the food is pretty good at Whitemarsh Valley Inn, but it's priced to be. The burgers are excellent but I found their spaghetti and meatballs to be overwhelmed by garlic. Seafood dishes are excellent, especially the crab imperial. The waitstaff is efficient and business-like (not particularly welcoming). Sadly, the place smells badly of cigarettes, even in the remote non-smoking area.
Pros: Generally well prepared food.
Cons: Not inexpensive. Restaurant smells of cigarettes.
