I was very impressed with the honesty regarding the repair of an older model TV. I was totally convinced they would go to great lengths to fix the problem and they did! Problem was diagnosed, they searched to find the part and I got my favorite TV back working great!! I was also pleased with the quickness of service, but most of all an extremely reasonable cost to fix. Much better than having to buy & deal with the TV models on the market today!!
