When we first booked an appointment here we just went to their website & signed up. The day before our appointment we saw these reviews. I have to admit I was a little concerned when I read them. I mean, an owner that cussed people out & hung up on them?? But we went anyway since we really wanted to find out the gender of our baby & see pictures. When we got there, the receptionist was very warm and polite. The place was large enough to have a party with you if wanted & very clean. We sat down & were informed they were running a few minutes behind. That was great since some of the reviews had said they just rushed you in & out so I knew that wasn't true immediately. We waited perhaps 5-6 minutes & were told they were ready for us. The technician was not only one of the nicest people I've met in a doctor's office, but WOW was she good. She literally knew it was a boy the second the ultrasound touched my wife's belly! She showed us all kinds of cool things & took some really great shots of our baby boy! We ended up getting about 13 or so shots from all angles & printed out about 3 of them from their professional printer. We talked with the receptionist some more and she told us they had just seen the terrible reviews on this site the day before. I assured them the reviews are bogus as far as I'm concerned & we are planning on going back again around our 30 week point. I can't speak for the Chicago location, but as for Alpharetta, it's simply fantastic!
