I love Osaka. It is my favorite restaurant, period. I enjoys sitting at a table or at the sushi bar. I enjoy watching the chefs preparing the sushi. If there is something being made that looks tasty, I ask them and they let me know what it is. It is very helpful to someone like me who has only been eating sushi for a few years. They ALWAYS come by with something ""on the house"". I love it because I get to try something new with out a commitment to it. I LOVE the wasabi dumplings, especially when dining with friends. It is fun to watch their expression as all their nose hairs burn out of their noses. The service is pleasant and attentive with out being intrusive.
