My mother had this company move her yesterday. I had no idea who she hired she said she had used them before. Half way through the day I recieved a phone call from my Mom almost in tears that they would not take her furniture off the truck until she pay them for an additional 6 hours. They threatened to take her furniture to there warehouse. My mother not knowing any better and fully under distress went to the bank and paid them cash. They quickly removed the furniture damaged walls floors and the furniture. Left everything in the living room didnt even put it back in the rooms the were supposed to. So they now finished early and didnt refund any of the extra money.
