I sent in my 17 year old daughter to get 3 number 5's with orange juice and a box of 50 munchkins. She walked in and grabbed the juice and proceeded to order with a young lady...she went off to make the sandwiches while this other lady jumps in and starts asking 3 different people what they wanted..not only is that impossible to understand, but she wasn't even the one who was helping them, she would ask what they wanted and make the other employees actually make the food. She was rude in the wayy she was handling the customers and the way she was talking to them. I didn't want/ask for coffee, yet she got them ready and handed them to my daughter who CLEARLY wanted orange juice instead of coffee. She didn't even give her time to talk and walked off asking other people what they wanted. Keep in mind she wasn't even the lady who was supposed to be helping out my daughter, she just jumped in and thought she was in control because she was the shift manager.
