I got exposed to the Indian cuisine when I visited India's Independence Day Mela held at Pierce College grounds on August 16, 2008. We tried a couple of food stalls to taste the food until we saw a long line at one of the stalls. This stall was being operated by Royal Delhi Palace. The restaurant owners were selling vegetarian and non-vegetarian combination plates at cheap prices to introduce people to their restaurant's food. My friend and I grabbed a combination plate each and totally enjoyed the meal. We had Saag Paneer, Chana Masala, Chicken Makhni, Naan Bread, Rice and Aloo Tikki. The quality of food was fantastic as it was freshly prepared. The owners were themselves serving the food to the customers, a great way to build customer rapport. Since then my family and I have been to the restaurant twice, to enjoy the lunch buffet and dinner. The food is amazing, the service is friendly and warm. The restaurant exudes beautiful ambience, it is neat and clean. The wait staff is eager to help. Most of all the prices are very reasonable for a fine dining restaurant. I have since recommended Royal Delhi Palace to several of my friends and colleagues. One of them is considering using the restaurant's banquet facility for his wedding reception. This restaurant is a gem.
Pros: Two Thumbs Up - Great food and service, free and ample parking, beautiful ambience,
