I have been in the spa industry for years, worked with multiple software systems and this company is a train wreck. They don't return calls, complete fixing their system that is falling apart, and they refuse to take accountability for the system not working correctly.
Cons: lack of customer service for a system that is falling apart and they clearly can not fix it
