DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was shocked at the outright rude behavior from the sales associate. I had made my appt. almost two months ahead and had 2 hours scheduled. As soon as we got there we were treated like we were an annoyance to the girl helping us. She never once asked any questions, made any nice comments or pulled any dresses for me. I even told her exactly what I was looking for and asked her to get some, but she ignored me. She also told my mom to stop pulling dresses because we'd end up being here all night and they close at 6pm- It was 3pm! I've never experienced such poor service, especially since this is suppose to be a special time and an enjoyable time...not the case here at all! The sales girls sat and gossiped about clients in front of them- and another client left because of the way she was being treated....they just laughed about it. They completely over-booked and had too many brides in that small dis-organized area...it was just an awful experience...my two friends and my mom and I left there in dis-belief. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they have the worst sales associates- who have no desire to help you! They need to clean house and fire their awful employees, they obviously hate their jobs. Stay away!!
Cons: Horrible service- the rudest sales people you'll ever encounter!
